International Entrepreneurship: Tips and Techniques for Effective Teaching
April 15th 2021 at 1:30pm GMT/8:30am EST
International Entrepreneurship (IE) is becoming a more common course on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes now, but it is a subject that can be challenging to teach. It shares content from the fields of International Business and Entrepreneurship and the real-world phenomena it covers are rapidly changing. Accordingly, there is a constant need to innovate and update course material. This is the teaching challenge that three esteemed panellists – Professor Becky Reuber, Professor Olli Kuivalainen and Dr. Spiros Batas – will address. These experienced scholars will share insights on alternative structures for an IE course, the relevance of case studies and examples to communicate the core theory of IE and the most appropriate assessment styles to ensure learning. The session will also encourage audience interaction to invigorate discussion on tips and techniques for IE teaching. We look forward to seeing you there.
Note: This session is available to those who register to attend the 2021 AIB-UKI conference.
Registration is open until April 9th here.
ie-Scholars thanks Dr. Sinead Monaghan, the IE Ambassador for UK and Ireland, for this contribution.
