IE-scholars congratulates Dr. Martin Hannibal on becoming the IE Ambassador for Denmark! We also congratulate Dr. Nura Nuhu, former IE Ambassador for Sub-Saharan Africa, on moving to Universidad de las Americas Puebla (UDLAP), Mexico, and thus changing his area of focus to that country.
