The International Entrepreneurship Applied Research Symposium will take place May 13–14, 2027, at Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.
Under the theme “Catalyzing Change: Applied Entrepreneurship at the Intersection of Research, Innovation & Global Impact,” the symposium brings together entrepreneurship scholars, educators, and ecosystem leaders from around the world to explore how research and practice can advance innovation, economic growth, and social impact.
Of particular interest to the IE-Scholars community is the theme Global Ecosystems and Cross-Border Collaboration, which focuses on entrepreneurial ecosystems, institutions, policies, and international partnerships that support innovation and venture growth.
The symposium also welcomes research on entrepreneurial learning, technology-driven entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship for societal good. Submissions may include research papers, work-in-progress presentations, lightning talks, and interactive workshops.
